Jim and his wife, Char have made 8 moves throughout the United States. During that time they
have bought and sold eighteen residential and rental properties. This includes three custom
homes they had designed and built in Louisville, KY and Tucson, AZ. This personal experience,
coupled with a professional real estate education and brokers license, provides Jim with the
capability to meet all of your real estate needs. He is very sensitive to professionals who are
relocating to a small community for the first time. Jim would like to help make your move stress free.
Also as a father of 7 adult children he enjoys working with young first time home buyers. He will
